Job Skills / Requirements
Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week
- 1st Shift: 8AM-4:30PM
Pay Rate:? Paid weekly (every Friday)
- $12.50/hr
Job duties:
Responsible for cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, and all other site-specific areas.
- Routine building cleaning
- Restroom cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
- Sanitizing surfaces
- Floor Care
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming/Dusting
- Stocking supply rooms
Requirements:
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, long pants and any other required PPE
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
