LACOSTA is looking for a Compact Operator to join our team in West Point, GA!
***We conduct a background check and drug testing***
Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week
- 1st: 6AM-2:30PM
- 2nd: 2PM-10:30PM
- 3rd: 10PM-6:30AM
Pay Rate:? Paid weekly (every Friday)
- $14/hr
Job duties:
- Responsible for operating a commercial trash compactor.
- Ensures refuse is sorted into the proper compactor.
- General cleaning
- Clean around equipment and immediate area throughout shift. Report to the supervisor if the equipment needs repairs.
- Responsible for maintaining all assigned areas cleaned and free of debris at all times
- Works occasional weekends and is available to cover janitorial duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
