LACOSTA is looking for a Warehouse Crew Supervisor to join our team in LaGrange, GA!

Job Skills / Requirements
Job Schedule: 12hr shifts, Rotating every other Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
- Shift: 6PM-6AM
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
- $18-20/hr
Job Description: Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit. Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency. Manage staff for optimum performance.
- Demonstrating leadership by conforming to site and safety rules and regulations
- Hiring, training, delegating to and supervising of direct reporting staff
- Use of computer skills (Excel, Word, SAP, etc.)
- Planning and implementing procedures and systems
- Coordinating financial and budget activities
- Completing all required trainings
- Monitoring and assisting staff with work progress
Requirements:
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Experience as a Manager, a Warehouse Associate or similar position
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, and any other required PPE
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
