LACOSTA is looking for a Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in Dayton, OH!

Job Skills / Requirements

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/week 
  • 1st Shift: 10AM-6:30PM 
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) *Plus $250 Sign-on Bonus* 
  •  $18.50-$20.00/hr (based on experience)
Job duties
Responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of Janitorial operations at customer plant. 
  • Ensure the customer receives full support by means of productivity and predetermined qualitative objectives 
  • Develop and maintain full communications with key personnel 
  • Manage all aspects of the distribution center 
  • Fostering a positive working environment 
  • Training and development of personnel 
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment 
  • Conduct analysis of workload compared to manpower and equipment 
  • Monitor and report site productivity work energies according to established timelines 
  • Ensure work schedules are in place to promote efficiencies 
  • Ensure all MHE equipment is operational and properly maintained 
  • Assist in janitorial tasks as necessary 
Requirements: 
  • Pass background check and drug screening 
  • Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. 
  • Wear safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed or composite toed shoes, long pants while working 
  • Remove all jewelry and accessories
