Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for an Outside Porter that are dedicated, detailed oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional quality.

• Ensure property appearance meets or exceed the customer’s standards at all times.
• Maintain the common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash.
• Complete grounds work as directed by Area Manager which may include picking up trash, blowing the parking area and sidewalks, etc.
• Cleaning dumpster areas.
• Must be comfrotable working outside RAIN or SHINE
• Must be comfortable wearing a back pack blower
• Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping floors and wiping down doors.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers, supervisors and customers.
• Complete work in an efficient and timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Attention to detail – meticulous
• Must be a team player - possess a great attitude.
• Must be physically dexterous as there is light lifting, bending and stooping involved.
• Be safety minded.

Additional Information / Benefits

Shifts available :

Monday to Sunday 

11pm-3am (4hrs)

Total of 28hrs
