Job Description
The district manager has overall responsibility for the janitorial program in a number of facilities in their assigned geographical area. In this position, it is neceessary to have the skills to train, direct, and manage a diverse workforce of employees at various locations.
This is a fast paced job with a varied schedule, with a need to adapt to a quick changing envirorment. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate well with the customers and the coworkers vis phone, email, and in person. The district manager needs to follow our core values:

Days and hours for position:
- Monday thru Friday (2nd Shift) with flexibility
- Occasional weekend availability
District Manager duties include (but are not limited to):
- Managing and developing employees and supervisors
- Inspecting buildings and correcting deficiencies
- Creating work schedules
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Attend and hold meetings with operations manager and supports
- Assisting in the staffing & development of revenue in your area
- Promote a strong safety culture and work environment
- Brainstorm ideas for growth
- Delivering supplies when necessary and ensuring proper usage
- Assisting cleaners and supervisors to ensure buildings are serviced

Qualifications:
- management experience with 40+ employees preferred
