Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleaning and facility services across our client sites. This role is responsible for ensuring service excellence, conducting inspections, supporting field teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience in janitorial or facilities management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine and surprise inspections of client facilities to ensure quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement quality control processes, checklists, and reporting systems
  • Identify service deficiencies and work closely with operations teams to implement corrective actions
  • Serve as a point of contact for client concerns related to service quality and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain detailed inspection reports and track performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client-specific requirements
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and setting quality expectations from day one
  • Assist with overseeing deep cleanings and one off work orders for new/existing clients.
  • Monitor supply usage and ensure proper cleaning procedures and products are being utilized

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or quality assurance
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
  • Experience with inspections, audits, and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience managing teams in a service-based industry
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
