Overview
Alliance Building Services, a leader in the building service industry, is seeking an Administrator of Business Operations for our Corporate Offices. This role supports various Sales and Operations functions, including billing, credit/rebill submissions, new customer setups, sales proposals, budget tracking, invoice approvals, and payroll.

Job Skills / Requirements
Essential Duties:
- Prepare sales proposals and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Set up new customers and manage cancellations
- Research and address billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Track budgets and assist with union payroll
- Handle credit/rebills of client invoices
- Support client collection initiatives
- Process and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices by Accounting Department deadlines
- Manage purchase orders for supplies and services; solicit quotes and place orders as needed
- Process weekly staff payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least five years’ experience providing Administrative and/or Sales support to a large client base
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven ability to prioritize delegated tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Bi-Lingual preferred

Additional Information / Benefits
Salaried Temporary Position- $65k - $75k
This is a Temporary / Seasonal position 1st Shift.
