Alliance is a leading and dynamic provider of premier facilities-related services to landmark stadiums, arenas, and commercial properties in the New York metropolitan area. We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced Night Janitorial Operations Executive. 

Job Skills / Requirements

Position Summary: Responsible for the evening/night direction, planning, and scheduling of the operations of the all-janitorial services assigned portfolio. This role involves strategic planning and scheduling to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will embody our corporate Mission Statement and Objectives, fostering a culture of excellence within the department. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and coordinating the activities of Janitorial Supervisors and Forepersons
  • Conducts periodic building inspections for contract compliance & quality assurance
  • Reviews complaint reports daily to ensure all service discrepancies and complaints are addressed accordingly. 
  • Monitors time keeping system and audits performed of Janitorial Supervisors
  • Monitors ‘periodic work schedules reports’ to include all route and special service work. Assures that building specifications and extra services schedules for all buildings are updated.  
  • Ensures that new Janitorial Supervisors receive training on all policies/ procedures and new product usage
  • Monitors supply budgets. Tracks and monitors supply consumption at least once a month
  • Monitors equipment amortization schedule and approves new equipment as required
  • Reviews and checks monthly ‘Building Master Report’ for accuracy. 

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree

Additional Information / Benefits

Supervision and Coordination: Oversee Janitorial Supervisors and Forepersons, ensuring compliance with policies and training for new supervisors.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular building inspections and Quality Control Inspections, addressing service discrepancies and implementing recommendations for improvement.

Monitoring and Reporting: Review daily complaint reports, payroll sheets, and absentee reports, ensuring timely submission of relevant documentation to the Director of Operations.

Resource Management: Monitor supply budgets and consumption, oversee equipment amortization, and manage periodic work schedules and vacation schedules.

Incident Management: Investigate and report incidents promptly, ensuring compliance with corrective actions and notifying relevant parties of emergencies.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of building reports, tenant vacancy reports, and move-in/move-out reports, maintaining contract compliance and quality standards.

Schedule: 4 PM- 12:30 AM
Salary: $90,000- $100,000
