Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Technician to join our team at Alliance Security Technology. As a security integrator, we design and implement comprehensive security solutions for businesses and organizations. In this role, you will assist with the service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, networks, and security technologies, providing critical support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:  
  • Installation & Setup: Assist with installing and configuring security devices and network systems.
  • System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform maintenance and troubleshoot security and IT systems.
  • Networking Support: Help configure and troubleshoot network devices and LAN cabling.
  • Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote support for security and IT issues.
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Document procedures and collaborate with the team and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or relevant certification preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, IT systems, and security hardware.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or similar operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of security technologies (CCTV, access control systems, intrusion detection).
  • A+ certification or other IT-related certifications is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and handle IT or security equipment as required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Additional Information / Benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr
