Job Skills / Requirements
Essential Job Duties and Responsibiliies
- Oversee the implementation of on-the-job training for newly assigned personnel, encompassing orientation to their respective posts, comprehensive review of post orders, routine duties, and protocols for responding to emergency situations and client inquiries
- Facilitate the systematic supervision of security personnel by utilizing the FLSD personnel to verify their adherence to licensing, uniform standards, company policies, and post assignment mandates on a daily basis. Additionally, ensure the timely submission of designated security operations reports to the operations management team.
Qualifications
- Promptly address and oversee on-site emergencies or security incidents as they transpire, with a commitment to timely and comprehensive communication of pertinent details to both operations management and the Fusion Center. Uphold the requisite protocols for security incident reporting, which encompasses thorough documentation such as comprehensive notes, photographic records, interviews with witnesses, and interactions with involved parties as deemed necessary and relevant.
- Ensure collaboration with the Fusion Center and the Operations Team regarding the working schedule to ensure full contractual compliance, promptly reporting any potential open positions and necessary holdovers to maintain adherence to the contract terms.
- Facilitate effective communication with relevant personnel to ensure that all schedule adjustments related to staff hours are promptly conveyed. This will contribute to the maintenance of an accurate and error-free weekly payroll and billing process.
- Review and approve all vacation and PTO requests with the Mission Support Team. Ensure that all client requests and service issues are reported to security operations and responded to in timely manner.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: $100,000-$110,000
Must have NYPD experience
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or GED
Certification Requirements (All)
NYS Security Guard License
