Job Skills / Requirements

Build your career in the commercial building janitorial field!  We are looking for a motivated, flexible, and professional candidate to work as an Alliance Restaurant Cleaner.  You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in our client facilities to guarantee a spotless environment. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance. 

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas; 
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, Dishwashing, restroom, and Kitchen cleaning
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects. 

Requirements:

• You must have experience in commercial building Restaurant maintenance and cleaning.
• Must be available to work any shift as assigned.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Ability to work Overnights, with flexibility to work additional hours and weekends
• You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs., to bend, reach, and carry.

Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment
