Overview

Quality Building Services (QBS) is a client-responsive firm dedicated to providing premium cleaning, maintenance, restoration, security and specialty services throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Each day, QBS ensures over 30 million square feet of Class A Manhattan office space are maintained to exceptional standards. Security services are offered through our sister company, Quality Protection Services.

Job Skills / Requirements

• Office cleaning-corporate office space
• Removal of trash
• Restroom cleaning
• Kicthen and pantry maintence 
• Pre/Post Move-in cleanup
• Lobbies and common areas'
• Must be able to take diretion from supervisors and ensure all work is completed in the time frames given.

• Candidate must be fllexible in working schedule (work weekends and/or overtime, evening shift)
• Professional apperance and goood commuication skills 
• Prior cleaning/maintenace experince in commerical or retail space
• Can start immediately
• You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods, in all tyes of weather.
• Ability to take direction an d work in a team-oriented enviornment
• Must have hig energy and strong wor ethic 
• Must be able to commute to greater NY area
• Punctual and reliable
