Job Skills / Requirements

The Penthouse Concierge Package Officer manages the end-to-end logistics, secure chain of custody, and white-glove delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail, luxury retail parcels, high-value assets, and white-glove couriers exclusively for penthouse residents. The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mind for inventory tracking, combined with a sophisticated hospitality mindset.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Receive, inspect, and legally log all incoming shipments from premium couriers (FedEx Custom Critical, DHL Express, private armored escorts, fine art handlers) utilizing the building's digital asset tracking database.

• Deliver packages directly to penthouse suites, meticulously placing items according to specific resident preferences (e.g., hanging luxury garments in closets, placing fine wine in coolers, organizing parcels on designated tables).

• Immediately prioritize and safely store temperature-sensitive deliveries, including fine wines, gourmet catering, organic groceries, and refrigerated prescription medications, in specialized holding areas.

• Coordinate custom outgoing shipping logistics for penthouse residents, including arranging high-value insurance bounds, scheduling carrier pickups, and assisting residents with return labels for luxury retail goods.

• Verify identification and coordinate seamlessly with residents’ personal assistants, private chefs, or estate managers who come to retrieve or dispatch items on behalf of the resident.

• Conduct daily audits of the penthouse secure storage vault. Monitor security cameras in the parcel room and report any discrepancies or damaged packages immediately to management and security.

Essential Job Functions

• Mental and ethical capacity to handle irreplaceable high-value goods, legal documents, and private medical shipments with complete honesty, while strictly maintaining confidentiality regarding residents' shopping habits, personal items, and schedules.

• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and stack heavy luxury parcel shipments,

luggage, or freight crates weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Physical

ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per shift.

• Ability to rapidly master and seamlessly operate advanced property management

software handheld scanning devices, and digital signature capture systems.

• Exceptional cognitive ability to identify and document minor exterior package

damage or tampering prior to accepting custody from delivery couriers.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills to interact respectfully with

high-net-worth individuals, elite private staff, and corporate delivery networks.

• Ability to maintain a highly polished, elegant, and corporate aesthetic daily,

representing the property's brand standard at all times.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-end inventory management, luxury

logistics, high-rise parcel operations, fine art handling, or 5-star hospitality

reception.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in supply chain logistics or

hospitality is a plus.

• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including peak holiday seasons, weekends,

and evenings when parcel volumes are highest.

• Must pass comprehensive criminal background check, and drug screening.
