Job Skills / Requirements

 

Part-Time, 24 hours a week. 

Supports the Youth Services Program.

Work as a team with group home staff to complete individual assessments on each resident, develop one on one teaching practices that best fit the individual youth. Develop and review Individual Program Plans for each resident and provide on-call crisis intervention as necessary. Also develop treatment plans for residents as needed and schedule therapy appointments. Observe residents’ behaviors and evaluate treatment plans and conduct updates to plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Behavioral Science, Education, Social Work, or Human Services, at least one year of experience working with the DD/ID population. Crisis intervention and assessment skills needed. Previous experience working with children helpful.
