We are a rapidly growing company looking for a highly effective Bilingual-Spanish Recruiter / Administrative Assistant. The recruiting area includes, but not limited to, Georgetown/Roundrock and surrounding areas.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role consists of recruiting efforts and providing administrative support to Project Manager, including but not limited to the following:
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new hires
- Process I-9s, process background checks and perform drug screens
- Process payroll changes, time off requests, and terminations
- Effectively communicate in Spanish as needed
- Provide other administrative duties as assigned
- Supply orders
- Scheduling
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- Bilingual-Spanish is required
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
- Administrative experience and great organizational skills
