McLemore is a professional cleaning company with over 54 years of experience. 
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager in professional cleaning services to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with customer and professional cleaning staff to deliver high standards of cleanliness for the facility. This position is for a school environment located in Sealy, TX.

- Ability to build good customer relationships and deliver above and beyond service expectations

- Recruit, hire and supervisor team of associates responsible for cleaning facilities

- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines

- Conduct regular status updates and report project status to stakeholders

- Manage project budget, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery

- Conduct routine inspections for all shifts to ensure work efficiencies and employee moral

- Utilize tools such as Microsoft office and timekeeping system to track overtime and complete weekly payroll

- Ensure compliance with scope of work and meet project deadlines

- Provide safety training, guidance and supervision to team members

- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

- Proven experience as a Supervisor/Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of professional cleaning/hospitality related field preferred

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in building customer relationships

- Familiarity with floor equipment and processes is preferred but willing to train

- Criminal background check and drug screen required
