A rapidly growing company is looking for a highly effective Bilingual-Spanish HR professional with experience in providing HR support to multiple stakeholders. This position offers excellent opportunities to join our growing Human Resources team. Immediate position open due to department transfer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role includes but not limited to the following:

  • Providing overall support to area field managers and employees
  • Hiring and I-9 process, perform drug screens
  • Assists regions with new hire orientations and other projects and duties as assigned
  • Participate in startups for new accounts, occasional travel required
  • Train new managers
  • Some domestic travel required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • Bilingual-Spanish required
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years HR experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills (i.e. reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and/or presentations)
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of employee related matters
  • Solid analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism and deal calmly and effectively with supervisors/leadership, management and associates
  • Ability to travel as needed
