We are seeking an OnSite Project Manager in the Hillsboro/Cleburne area to oversee a professional cleaning operation, landscaping and maintenance crew. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project coordination, people management, and janitorial services, along with proficiency in floor care.

- Janitorial services
- Maintenance tech including roofing, light electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Lawn Care including landscaping
Compensation includes:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Building customer relationships and employee management
- Work with Leads to oversee various projects and daily contracted services provided in Hillsboro and Cleburne
- Scheduling employees and coordinate project activities, resources, and equipment
- Recruit, hire and onboard new hires
- Deliver high level of customer service on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with other stakeholders including contractors and suppliers
- Train and develop staff for succession planning
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure delivery of high level of service
- Oversee project schedules to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of Leadership experience required
- Proven experience in janitorial services preferred
- Bilingual-Spanish preferred but not required
- Knowledge of maintenance, lawn/landscaping, and floor care is preferred but willing to train
- Strong understanding of team dynamics and management of teams
- Knowledge of workplace safety and ability to conduct safety meetings
- Knowledge of computers and MS Office programs
- Proven experience in janitorial services preferred
