Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of each account under his or her supervision.

Essential Duties

-Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications

-Supervise and motivate staff, in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws

-Deal with disciplinary issues of staff

-Recruiting and interviewing quality people to staff your location (s)

-Cover emergencies, days off, vacation, etc.

-Ensure that your new employees have an orientation, have their set-up for ehub app, received uniforms, training, etc.

-Attend mandatory weekly meetings on Wednesday

-Visit each account/property under your supervision 2 times per month

-Liaise with Quality Control, Inspector and Training supervisor

-Carry out your individual inspection to ensure that employees have completed the job

-Create reports and analyze them

Requirements

• Bilingual (English - Spanish)
• Have a driver’s license
• Supervisory experience
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Attention to details and multi-tasking
• Flexible on weekends

El Gerente de Operaciones es responsable de supervisar las operaciones cotidianas de cada cuenta bajo su supervisión.

Deberes Esenciales

-Comunicar con los clientes y evaluar sus necesidades y especificaciones

-Supervir y motivar al personal, de acuerdo con las políticas de la compañía y las leyes aplicables

-Delar con las cuestiones disciplinarias del personal

-Recrutar y entrevistar personas de calidad para el personal de su(s) lugares

- Cubrir emergencias, días de descanso, vacaciones, etc.

-Asegúrese de que sus nuevos empleados tienen una orientación, tienen su puesta en marcha para la aplicación ehub, recibió uniformes, formación, etc

- Asistir a reuniones semanales obligatorias el miércoles

-Visita cada cuenta / propiedad bajo tu supervisión 2 veces al mes

-Liase con el supervisor de Control de Calidad, Inspector y Entrenamiento

-Realizar inspecciónes individual para asegurarse de que los empleados han completado el trabajo

-Crear informes y analizarlos

Requisitos

• Bilingüe
• Tener una licencia de conducir
• Experiencia de supervision (bueno)
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
• Atención a los detalles y multitarea
• Flexible los fines de semana
