Job Skills / Requirements

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Clean lobbies, all assigned building rooms by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerator fronts, microwaves, etc. (restroom(s), break room(s) and kitchen).
  • Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal area.
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to maintain safety and prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours, ensuring electrical appliance are turned off – as needed.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, as needed.
  • Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
  • Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as require

DEBERES ESPECÍFICOS:

  • Limpie los vestíbulos, todos los cuartos asignados del edificio por el polvo, aspirando, barriendo, y fregando.
  • Limpieza y desinfección de fregaderos, encimeras, suelos, inodoros, espejos, mesas, sillas, frigoríficos, microondas, etc. (baño, sala (s) de descanso y cocina).
  • Vacíe las papeleras y los materiales reciclables en la zona de eliminación.
  • Siga los procedimientos para el uso de limpiadores químicos y equipos eléctricos, para mantener la seguridad y evitar daños a pisos y accesorios.
  • Monitoree la seguridad y seguridad del edificio cerrando las puertas después de las horas de operación, asegurando que el aparato eléctrico esté apagado - según sea necesario.
  • Mueva muebles, equipos y suministros pesados, según sea necesario.
  • Muebles de polvo, equipo, tabiques, paredes, etc.
  • Limpie paredes y carpinterías, puertas, tapices, zócalos, etc.
  • Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según sea necesario.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Self-starter who can work independently.
  • Skills in establishing priorities and managing workload.
  • Fast learner.
  • Ability to lift minimum of 20-25 lbs. and 15 lbs. for extended period. (Backpack vacuums may be used).
  • Must be able to stand and walk for minimum of 4 hours.
  • Adequate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented – pays attention to details at each customer’s location, with extra attention to any special requests.
  • Friendly and professional – able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed.
  • Team player – ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work completed.

EXPERIENCIA / HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS:

  • Auto-arranque que puede trabajar independientemente.
  • Habilidades para establecer prioridades y gestionar la carga de trabajo.
  • Aprendiz rapido.
  • Capacidad de levantar un mínimo de 20-25 libras. Y 15 libras. Por un  período  (Se pueden utilizar aspiradoras para mochilas).
  • Debe poder permanecer de pie y caminar por un mínimo de 4 horas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita adecuadas.
  • Orientado al detalle - presta atención a los detalles en la ubicación de cada cliente, con especial atención a cualquier solicitud especial.
  • Amistoso y profesional - capaz de tratar con los clientes cuando están en el sitio mientras se está realizando la limpieza.
  • Jugador de equipo - capacidad de trabajar en un equipo donde los miembros dependen unos de otros para conseguir el trabajo terminado.
