 HR ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position supports the HR Department. The incumbent will act as the electronic on-boarding HR representative, being the first point of contact for all applicants to BCJ. The responsibility will be to manage, navigate and maintain our applicant tracking and new hire packaging system and process. To be successful in this role you should have some experience with HR procedures. Your role ensures our new hires get a warm welcome and experience smooth on-boarding to their new role in the company. We will train the incumbent however; we want a team member with drive and zest to undertake whatever is required to get the job done.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

·        Daily Manage & Navigate our electronic applicant tracking system/new hire platform

·        Prepare New Hire guides

·        Perform Reference Checks for prospective applicants

·        Schedule interviews & contact candidates

·        Schedule and Perform Orientation

·        Communicate with new hires and managers before start date to provide necessary information.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

·        Bilingual in Spanish and English

·        Familiarity with HR operations

·        High School Diploma or GED

·        Computer skills; MS Office Suite

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Confidentiality

·        Highly Organized

·        Strong phone/email communication skills

Job Type: Part/Full-time

Hours: 8:30AM – 5PM

Salary: Based on Experience

Benefits: Payable after 90 days
