Our services include carpet cleaning, maintenance, pressure washing, post-construction, condominium maintenance, and daily porter services.

Job Summary: The Business Development Associate is responsible for driving new business, fostering client relationships and provide professional service, response and thoughtfulness, with the objective of fostering long lasting authentic relationships with the right clients, managers, regionals and executives.
Qualifications:
Must be a Self-Starter of high character and integrity
Must enjoy speaking with prospects, engagements and listening
Prospecting, networking, creating connections and resourcefulness
MS Office Proficient, ability to learn non-complicated tech and app platforms
Answer calls, texts and emails within a 24-hour period
Present proposals to clients and prospects and discuss/sell intelligently
Winning attitude, personable and positivity are a must
- Duties:
Build proposals and present to clients - Build calculation models for pricing
- Explaining the BCJ story of “Creating Hope and Opportunity by Investing in Lives” and culture, along with the value to clients, benefits of service and closing the sale
- Attend industry lunches, committee meetings, involvement in trade associations
- Develop and maintain relationships with managers, and industry minded vendors, leveraging Great relationships for years to come
- Build pipeline of sales targets and get after it
- Continue to build upon existing relationships, client service,
- Market awareness and real estate knowledge of the ever-changing industry
- Call upon managers and maintenance supervisor, including cold in person calls
- Setting up lunches, meetings, client entertainment
- Creating opportunity with clients, outside the box thinking to piece together deals
- Reports to VP of Business Development
