Job Skills / Requirements

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for locating, defining, and closing janitorial service contracts through Central Florida.  The position requires outstanding networking, communication, and leadership skills.
 
Responsibilities will include:
Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts
Developing opportunities to cross-sell products to existing clients
Preparing estimates and job costings
Bid writing and submissions
Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline
Implementation of new business development initiatives
Developing and leveraging the company’s branding and professional profile
Demonstrate productivity, competence, and high morale. 
 
 
You will need:
 
Minimum AA; BA or BS degree preferred
Previous experience as a business development representative
A proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies
Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills

The compensation package includes a competitive salary ($60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience) and commission program, company healthcare plan, car allowance, IRA contribution, a responsive and supportive team, and opportunities for training and development.
