Job Skills / Requirements

Pay rate is $15.00/hour. Must be available on the weekends. 

• Floor Tech Responsibilities:
• Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas and other areas.
• Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
• Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping and waxing floors.
• Pressure washing needed areas.
• Measuring chemicals correctly.
• Operating chemical dispensing units.
• Labeling chemicals correctly.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.
• Keeping inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assisting with hazardous waste collection as requested by supervisor.
• Floor maintenance experience preferred.
• Completion of on-the-job training.
• Undeterred by exposure to hazardous chemicals, bodily fluids, and communicable and infectious diseases.
• Resilient to noise.
• Physically agile.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Information / Benefits

Only for full time employees with 35+ hours

1. Upon completion of 90 days 3 sick days will be available for each calendar year.
2. One-week Vacation to be awarded upon completion of one-year full year of service. Two weeks paid upon completion of three full years of service.
