Job Skills / Requirements

Maintenance Technician

Full Time: Tue-Sat

Daylight Shift: 7am-3:30pm

$17/ hour 

 

As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways:

  • Light Electrical such as changing Ballast
  • Light Plumbing such as tending to leaking faucets
  • Replacement of toilets, toilet sensors, and partitions.
  • Carpentry Skills
  • General Handyman experience
  • Wall Repair such as patching and painting
  • Will be required to move items from one place to another.
  • Required to lift 50 lbs., anything over 50lbs will require assistance.
  • Repetitive motion required on a daily basis and may include: pushing, pulling, reaching, squatting, and lifting.
  • Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.
  • Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
