Janitorial Company is seeking a Seasoned Independent Manager for a Retail Site

  • This position is salaried, Full-Time, & ncludes weekends. Must be available for off hour instances.

  • Role and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the overall operations of the cleaning staff.
  • Responsible for training, scheduling and recruiting of cleaning staff as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years janitorial experience is preferred with a focus on customer service.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent Communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willing to participate in our pre-employment process which will include drug testing and full background investigation including a motor vehicle/driving check.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
