We are looking for responsible Floor Care Technicians to maintain our facilities.  The appearance of a commercial facility reflects on the occupants.  

Floor Care Technicians are generally responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and machine scrubbing) areas that include offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells and other public areas.

 

Job Skills / Requirements

Monday-Friday

 $13.00. hourly 

  • Performs floor care activities within well established guidelines and assigned areas to ensure that quality standards, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
  • The Floor Care Technician is responsible for satisfactory and timely completion of assigned cleaning areas according to schedule.
  • Reports equipment and cleaning product needs to Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions.
  • Work involves pulling and pushing, carrying weight up to 50 pounds, twisting, bending, and reaching from floor to waist height and from waist to above head.
  • Applies stripper to floors to remove old and refinishes floors with new wax products.
  • Represents Top Notch Custodial Care in a positive manner; is courteous and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, clients’ and their staff.
  • The Floor Care Technician consistently embodies the characteristics necessary to drive the Company’s Purpose, Vison, and Values.
