Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Supervisor to support our company's daily operations in a retail facility in Broomfield, CO. The Bilingual Supervisor will be responsible for supervising employees and maintaining cleanliness standards.  The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in facility services, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises all night cleaning team members

Reviews and approves team members hours

Develops and trains employees on cleanliness standards, safety and company policies and expectations

Meets with customers daily or weekly to review scope of work &  resolve issues while also building a strong working relationship.

Ensures scope of work is being completed according to Triad standards

Other duties may be assigned

  • Working conditions are normal for a fast-paced field service/custodial environment  
  • Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed.  
  • Requires walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.  
  • Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting up to 50% of the time.
