Job Skills / Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Supervisor to support our company's daily operations in a hospitality facility in Nashville, TN. The Bilingual Supervisor will be responsible for supervising employees and maintaining cleanliness standards while also performing cleaning work at night. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in facility services, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency.
Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises all night cleaning team members
Reviews and approves team members hours
Develops and trains employees on cleanliness standards, safety and company policies and expectations

Meets with customers daily or weekly to review scope of work & resolve issues while also building a strong working relationship.
Ensures scope of work is being completed according to Triad standards
Works alongside the employees on cleaning duties
