??Role and Responsibilities?
 


 A Human Resources (HR) Clerk plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department by handling various administrative tasks related to personnel management and organizational operations. 

  1. Record Keeping, maintain and update employee records, licensing information, employment history, and benefits data.  
  2. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR records  
  3. Enter HR-relate data into Winteam and or any other platform 
  4. Prepare and file employee documents, employee contracts, performance evaluation, and disciplinary records  
  5. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Manage Kwantek portal  
  6. Maintain benefits records and assist in administering benefits plans 
  7. Payroll Support when needed 
  8. Ensure Candidates are properly registered under the company roster with NYS  
  9. Assist in HR Audits 
  10. Handle general administrative task such as filing, copying, scanning, and answering HR related inquires  
  11. Maintain integrity of employee master fie  
  12. Any additional task as directed by HR Manager  
  13. Manage the E-Verify process, make sure cases are closes in a timely manner  
  14. Ensure employees are registered and enrolled into AH NYS roster  
  15. Transfer employee files into WINteam 

Education Requirements (Any)

Highschool/GED

Additional Information / Benefits

This is a Temporary Position with an expected duration of 3 - 6 months. Full-Time Hours will be given with a schedule of 8am - 4pm. Should the candidate excel in this position there is a possibility to be converted from a Temporary to a Full Time staff member.
