Job Skills / Requirements
Field Supervisor Security must have at least Five years experience working in the Field as a Field Supervisor.
- Supervise and lead a team of security officers across various locations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, conducting regular site inspections.
- Train and develop security personnel on job duties, safety protocols, and emergency response.
- Maintain positive client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee security operations including patrols, access control, and incident reporting.
- Respond to emergencies, coordinate with authorities, and conduct thorough incident investigations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports for management.

Fire Guard for Shelters F02
NYS Security Guard License
Sexual Harassment Training
NY State Security Guard License
Driver's License
