Role and Responsibilities
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management 
  • Provide guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters and contribute to strategic decision making. 
This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support employee engagement, talent acquisition, development, and retention, as well as compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  1. Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  2. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance
  3. Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  4. Manage HR audits and investigations as necessary.
  5. Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs
  6. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
  7. Develop and manage the HR department budget effectively
  8. Proficiency in HR software and systems, ensure WINteam employee files are 100% accurate and updated, including certifications 
  9.  Discipline Security Officers as necessary 
  10.  Work with recruiters and agencies to ensure a steady stream of new candidates 
  11.  Ensure A&H Security Guards are 100% in compliance with NYS 
  12.  Oversee the productivity of HR Team
  13.  Interview candidates as needed
  14. Be responsible for inputting employees direct deposit information into WINteam 
  15. Other Duties as Assigned
The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping an organization's workforce, culture, and success. They must be adept at balancing strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations to ensure the company's talent remains engaged, motivated, and aligned with its mission and objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 or more years experience in a Human Resources Management position, and be familiar with the Security Field.
