We are looking for Guest Service Representative in Victoria! Representatives will be required to work outdoors and run outdoor seasonal events.

Wage: $ 19.50 an hour 

What we are looking for:

·       Two years of customer service experience. 
·       Top- notch customer service skill set. 
·       Professional and positive approach mindset. 
·       Strong understanding of the city Victoria. 
·       Proficient in English language (verbal and written) 
·       Flexible working outside in all weather conditions 
·       Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
 
Responsibilities/Duties include

·       Welcome and greet guests at Guest Service Center. 
·       Proactively engage with guests to provide memorable customer interviews. 
·       Maintain knowledge of the Center’s upcoming events and store locations.
·       Promoting store merchandise with exceptional customer service.
·       Maintain effective communication with Center’s retailers 
·       Ability to deal with guest complaints and provide effective solutions 
·       Promptly answering in person, live web chat, text and phone inquiries 
·       Act as a liaison between the client and other departments 
·       Assist the client with the promotional events and seasonal campaigns. 
·       Ability to coordinate with other departments for guests needs. 
·       Create an exceptional experience for the Center.
