Are you an outgoing, fun-loving individual with a positive attitude? Do you have a passion for helping people? Guardteck is seeking a seasonal, casual Guest Service Representative to join our team in Calgary.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an authentic and engaging experience for both local visitors and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests at the Guest Services Desk, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable interactions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, going above and beyond to assist and engage with customers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Centre’s services, stores, merchandise, and upcoming events.
  • Actively promote retailer offerings and contribute to the Centre’s overall experience.
  • Manage the gift card program, including sales, assisting guests and retailers with transactions, handling payments, and reconciling receipts and inventory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and retailers.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries in person, via live web chat, text, and phone.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address internal client needs.
  • Support the marketing team with promotions, sales incentives, seasonal campaigns, and on-site activations related to Guest Services.
  • Monitor the site for any issues and report them to Control.
What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end hotel concierge role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Comfort in engaging with the public and working as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to real-time issues.
  • Familiarity with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of the local area is an asset but not required.
