Job Skills / Requirements

• Daily inspections of all facilities to identify areas needing attention and act according to priority Perform the Vehicle Inspection Checklist.
• Check around the vicinity and act according to priority.
• Perform general custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
• Clean the vehicle and equipment every after use.
• Clean the office and washroom.
• Weekly sweeping and dusting of the mechanical and electrical room.
• Monthly checks of all Fire Extinguishers and Emergency lights in all mechanical rooms
• Purchase Gasoline and diesel when needed.
• Do the necessary documentation.
• May be required to use specialized cleaning equipment/processes.
• Compliance with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
• Performs all work following established safety procedures.
• Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
• Reports all accidents and injuries on time.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Other reasonable requests from management.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• A current valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are considered an asset.
• Good leadership skills and customer relations experience
