We are currently seeking a full time Site Manager to join our team in Victoria, BC.

Description

The Site Manager is generally responsible for managing and providing leadership to facilities with custodial service teams and related facility service teams while supervising all daily activities. They are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the facility and their service team, adequate staffing levels, quality service levels and attending to related client requests.
 
Duties:
Daily
  • Supervise all daily operations, monitor day-to-day site performance
  • Ensure the service team is meeting quality standards based on the scope of work
  • Ensure staffing levels are adequate
  • Ensure team members are trained based on standard operating procedures
  • Liaise with Property Management and key stakeholders on any operational requirement, changes and/or updates
  • Ensure daily cleaning and washrooms logs are completed
Weekly
  • Ensure the site schedule is completed and communicated out to the client and team
  • Assess staffing levels and make recommendations on any changes
  • Perform supplies orders and put in equipment repair/maintenance requests
  • Attend any site related operations, client or company meetings
Monthly 
  • Perform site supplies audit and verify all site supplies deliveries are correct
  • Note and complete any additional work requests outside of the scope of work
  • Check monthly service hours balance and develop staffing plan accordingly
Periodic
  • Ensure the cleaning team has completed regulatory training such as WHMIS, Bloodborne pathogens, etc.
  • Ensure that WorkSafe/Worker’s Compensation Board regulations are fully complies with as it relates to health and safety

Qualifications 
  • Minimum 3-years’ experience in a supervisory role or lead hand will be an asset.
  • Good leadership skills and customer relations experience
  • Some experience with commercial cleaning
  • A good understanding of SDS sheets and knowledge of health and safety regulations will be an asset.

Base salary will range between $62,000 - $67,000.
