Overview

Pinnacle Security & Investigation Inc. is a premier provider of physical security services for corporations, private businesses, and government agencies across the Gulf South.

Our front-line security force is comprised of personnel with experience in Civilian Law Enforcement, the United States Military, or a minimum of 2 years in the private security industry.  We provide an ongoing training program to enhance the abilities of our front-line security force resulting in added value to our Clients.  We ensure that all Pinnacle Security Officers are held to high professional standards of service to our Clients and are well suited for our Clients’ organizations.

The Dispatcher/Desk Officer will be responsible for intake of all telephone calls for the company. The individual will assist Pinnacle employees with all matters and concerns. The individual must execute proper judgement in problem solving and escalating matters to management as appropriate. The individual will also handle our 24-hour Command Center and provide real-time monitoring of client facilities. The individual will work under the direction of the Branch Manager and must exhibit our core values of Look the Part, Team-Player, Accountability, Respect, and Integrity.

 

The individual selected for this position MUST be able to work evening, overnight and weekend shifts. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and courteously answer all calls from personnel and company contacts
  • Prioritize incoming calls and escalate to management according to urgency
  • Monitor daily schedules
  • Exhibit a team-player mindset while providing excellent assistance to Pinnacle employees and contacts
  • Follow the proper protocols for managing a variety of incidents
  • Maintain and update call logs, activity reports and other documentation as required
  • Respond and follow-up to issues by coordinating with Pinnacle Management and field staff.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of property locations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

 

 Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with WinTeam Software and Post Watch is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be professional and courteous
  • Must have excellent customer services skills
  • Must have the ability to pass background screenings
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task
  • Must have the flexibility to work all shifts and assist the team as needed
  • Experienced security officers with valid LSBPSE guard qualification is a plus
  • Must exhibit our core values of Team-Player, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, and Look the Part

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.
