Job Skills / Requirements

Unarmed Armed Security Officers for Multiple Locations in the Atlanta, GA and Athens, GA

$13.00 - $14.00 / HR (depending upon Post Assignment)

  • Must either have completed the Georgia 24 hr Basic Security Officer Training course. Those individuals that posess a valid, current certification will get top priority. Must or be able to meet requirements for completion, including:
    • Pass background check 
    • Complete necessary onboarding requirements
    • Must pass drug test
  • Must be in good physical condition to complete necessary post assignments, which might include walking, driving, or standing for extended periods of time
  • Must have a professional presentation, both in appearance and demeanor
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment and understanding of core values such as respect, integrity, and accountability
  • Work successfully in either a team-oriented or solo environment 
  • Available to work assigned schedules
  • Ability to use sound judgment, decision-making skills, and discretion
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record, if assigned post involves use of a vehicle

Responsibilities:

Depending on nature of assignment:

  • Conduct mobile or foot patrols of an assigned area or property
  • Complete accurate and detailed reports and logs utilizing a web-based reporting system
  • Access and egress control
  • Screening of persons, containers, or vehicles
  • Perform other duties as requested or required

Compensation commensurate with experience. Full-time employees will be eligible to participate in the benefits plans offered by the company to its employees, under the terms and conditions of those plans.
