21^st Century Janitorial provides complete and professional janitorial services to more than three million square feet of commercial and government office space daily. Our customer base includes High Profile buildings, Commercial Office Buildings, Military Facilities, Medical office buildings, and Retail stores, as well as, State and City Facilities.

Job Skills / Requirements

Summary:

Janitorial Inspector oversee the work of everyone in the janitorial department and ensure the entire janitorial staff is up to standard with Quality inspections.They oversee cleanliness of buildings.

Janitorial Inspectors are those who oversee and impliment 21cjs quality standards for all locations. They follow the building inspection schedule. Each week they must submit a weekly schedule to Operation Manager for approval. communicate with supervisors to make sure quality standards are met. Inspector must submit a inspection report for each location. Must visit locations frequently to ensure corrections are made.
