 Outside Sales Representative - Janitorial Cleaning Industry

 Job Summary:
Join us as a Sales Representative and be part of our growth journey! We are seeking an experienced outside sales representative to join our dynamic team. As an outside sales representative, you will generate leads and close sales for our commercial cleaning services. We service businesses of all sizes, from small offices to large commercial spaces. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure that we deliver top-notch cleaning services to our clients. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, forging strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. Your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be critical to your success.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and generate leads for commercial cleaning services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, as well as internal team members
  • Manage and prioritize sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

 Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of two years of outside sales experience, with a successful track record of closing commercial cleaning services
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory

Salary: between 50k-125k (base pay+commission)
