Job Skills / Requirements

 We are seeking an Quality Assurance Manager with a strong attitude for working with multicultural teams and ensuring exceptional service standards in janitorial operations. The Quality Assurance  Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high client satisfaction as well as keeping their teams  inspired and empowered. The area manager will oversee operational efficiency across multiple sites within their designated area. 

Duties:
  • Training new and current workers, and educating staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards. Identify training needs .Assess employees' needs for training and identify problems and opportunities that training could improve, Create training plans .Develop and implement training programs, including training policies, processes, and procedures .

  • Monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs, and supervising staff.

  • Janitorial Managers are those who oversee and supervise the work of janitors, custodians and housekeeping personnel. They plan staff’s schedule and keep track of their attendance. They also create checklists that we sometimes see in the bathrooms, offices and malls, which are made up of duties to be done daily. Janitorial managers also coordinate all staff activities, train newly hired staff of their duties, responsibilities, and how to use the equipment or machines designed for cleaning and sanitation. In small organizations like a school or a small office, the janitorial manager may also perform some of the tasks that a janitor does, such as taking out the trash, sweeping the floors or cleaning bathrooms. They are also responsible for reporting broken equipments, buying cleaning tools, and keeping supplies in stock.
