We have been in business for over 7 years. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Serving Central Arkansas with all the experience and professionalism. We seek determined team players for this commission-based role.
Job Skills / Requirements
Responsibilities
- On-site roof measuring
- Possess the ability to Inspect, estimate and sell assigned and self-generated opportunities
- Create and present persuasive sales solutions to customers
- Follow and achieve company’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
- Be proactive in following up with customer referrals to increase sales opportunities
- Clearly communicate with customers, support staff, vendors and subs
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- Understand OSHA safety protocols
- Ability to set up and climb ladders to access the roof
General Accountabilities:
• Generate leads by directly engaging homeowners
• Attend ongoing training for industry knowledge and sales strategies
• Utilize our sales system for effective proposal presentations
• Resolve post-sales issues and provide ongoing client support
Education Requirements (Any)
High School
