Our customer base includes High Profile buildings, Commercial Office Buildings, Military Facilities, Medical office buildings, and Retail stores, as well as, State and City Facilities.

Job Skills / Requirements

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaning staff, and ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This is a key leadership role, and we are looking for someone with strong supervisory experience and bilingual communication skills to manage diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure quality service.
  • Assign cleaning tasks and monitor progress to meet company standards.
  • Provide training and support to new team members.
  • Inspect work areas and address any areas that need improvement.
  • Handle client communication and resolve any cleaning-related issues.
  • Maintain inventory and manage cleaning supplies.
  • Ensure all cleaning is completed efficiently, safely, and to company guidelines.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cleaning supervision or a related field.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish).
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work morning shifts, with availability for other shifts as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
