Job Skills / Requirements

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Answering phone calls with a SMILE, relating messages to the appropiate department in a timely manner.  De escalate upsate conversations (callers) in a professional and caring manner.
  • Supporting HR recruiting efforts such as setting up orientation and post hiring paperwork.
  • Data entry in our system (TEAM SOFTWARE, Kwantek, ehub)
  • Master the art of calendar management, ensuring our team's schedule operates with the precision of a Swiss watch.
  • Harness the power of communication, serving as the nexus between our departments, clients, employees, applicants, new hires and external partners.
  • Deploy your organizational arsenal to manage office supplies, book travel arrangements, and orchestrate seamless events that will be talked about for years to come.
  • Safeguard our fortress by maintaining confidential records with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Embark on special missions that will challenge your skills, expand your horizons, and contribute to our collective success.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
