Job Skills / Requirements

Supervise overall operations for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.

Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to) :

Manage Personnel

Janitorial Services

  • Spot Cleaning / Vacuuming Carpets
  • Dusting
  • Trash Removal
  • Dust Mopping / Sweeping
  • Damp Mopping
  • Recycling and Breakdown of Materials Specific to Job Site
Restroom Cleaning

  • Damp mopping / disinfection of floors
  • Dusting spot cleaning of partitions and vents
  • Replenishing supplies such as toilet tissues, paper towels, etc
  • Removal of trash
  • Cleaning / disinfection of sinks, toilets, and urinals
  • Cleaning of mirrors and fixtures
Maintaining Janitor / Supply Closet

  • Ensuring all necessary cleaning solutions and equipments are available
  • Keeping equipment and supplies organized and ready for the next scheduled shift
Essential Job Requirements:

Experience: At least 1 years of supervisor experience in service industry.

Required Skills: Valid Driver's License. Prior experience in managing employees. Understanding of how to motivate service employees.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
