Training:

To that end, our officers receive pre-site, on-the-job, and on-going training with all Post Orders clearly written and reviewed by our support services team. We also offer training and licensing fee assistance to all of our new officers.

Job Skills / Requirements

Star Protection and Patrol is currently seeking a Field Supervisor W/Recruiting Support. If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for service excellence and would like to be an integral part of our success, please consider joining our team. This person will be responsible for managing the open post list, and interviewing/hiring Security Professionals (and other non-exempt branch positions) to reduce overtime and open posts based on hiring needs. When not performing these duties, this person will be helping supervise in field operations.

 

This position will move back and forth from the field to admin support.

 

  • In daily coordination with Customer Success Director, update the Schedules based on new hires, terminations, and transfers, and Create weekly Open Post List based on openings in the Master Schedule and/or personnel upgrades identified on an as needed basis.

 

  • Work closely with Customer Success Director to evaluate open post needs and ensure recruiting activities support hiring needs

 

  • In coordination with the Customer Success Director, oversee the company’s applicant flow to include contacting all applicants, tracking follow up calls, scheduling interviews at branch for qualified candidates, conducting interviews, arranging for second interviews with clients as required by specific sites, and ensuring all processes for tracking and follow up with applicants is followed.

 

  • As directed by the Customer Success Director, assist with applicant tracking and other hiring reports.

 

  • Schedule new hires for orientation in coordination with the Customer Success Director, establishing training schedules, and tracking the applicant through the entire “hiring life cycle” through post assignment.

 

  • Participate with the Management on an as-needed basis in the development of recruiting strategies and projected annual hiring plans.

 

  • Occasionally attend periodic relevant recruitment activities, such as job fairs, recruitment programs, etc. with Management on an as-needed basis. Participate in in-branch recruiting activities.

 

  • Work with Operations manager to ensure all officers are properly uniformed and management of uniform inventory

 

  • Assisting management with hiring, scheduling, and communicating details for special events.

 

  • Assist with setting up and taking down of events.

 

  • Must be able to have the ability to take an after-hours call schedule for phones.

 

  • Assist company by filling in for open sites when available

 

  • Assist company by answering incoming calls when working.

 

  • Occasional housekeeping duties as assigned

 

  • Assist company by creating and maintaining post orders

 

 

Security Deposit to be transferred from previous owner.
