 Position Summary

  • Work with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop recruitment strategies to source candidates for positions;
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate opportunities to attract and screen for top performing employees;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical/trade schools and employment placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants;
  • Coordinate full cycle of recruiting process and employee development, including job description creation, job advertising, applicant screening, interview, offer letters, onboarding of candidates, training and development;
  • Interact in a friendly and professional manner with the public, potential job applicants and coworkers;
  • Work efficiently to meet established deadlines and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Help develop and administer HR compliance and HR policies and procedures.
  • Post and maintain all social media postings

 

Responsibilities

  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative;
  • Post job openings on various candidate sourcing platforms;
  • Contact, interview and screen candidates for current openings;
  • On-board, train and orient new hires with company benefits, SOP's, guidelines and procedures;
  • Track candidates via Applicant Tracking Systems and create reports on a regular basis;
  • Manage and track employee training and development.

 

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process required;
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred;
  • Excellent knowledge and use with Social Media;
  • Great judge of character;
  • Experience in the Security Industry preferred;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with emphasis on professionalism;
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Proven ability to work independently, discretely, and handle confidential information;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively multi-task;
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus;
  • Self-motivated, dependable, organized,
