Position: Agent Representative
Location: Anchorage, Alaska (Serving Eagle River, Wasilla, and Palmer)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Overview: Janco Commercial Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and motivated Agent Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves engaging with new and existing clients, ensuring the quality of our services, and handling essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients to discuss their cleaning needs and present our service offerings.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct walk-throughs with current clients to assess and ensure the quality of our cleaning services.
  • Administrative Support: Handle phone inquiries, coordinate meetings with operations teams, and manage client communications via email and reports.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
