One of the largest family-owned Montana businesses has the need to hire a supervisor for the Missoula area.  We experience very little turnover, so this is a unique opportunity we are opening up to outside candidates for a limited time.

Job summary:

The custodial supervisor is responsible for training and overseeing the work of the cleaners to ensure they have adequate supplies and feedback in order to succeed in their roles. They will represent the company to our clients. They need to be professional, responsible and cultivate and nurture strong, and trusting relationships


Ideal candidate is:

  • Self motivated, self directed  



Education Requirements (Any)

High school Diploma or Equivalent

This job reports to the Regional Manager

This is a Full-Time position Day time and Evening hours.

Relocation is not provided and travel is not required
